While such a critique has its truth, much of the 50-hating is unjustified, or what Curtis would call “window shopping.” 50 may not be a good rapper, but he is a hell of a songwriter. Lloyd Banks is a talented lyricist with a lot of potential. Young Buck, well, um… he’s got some energy, and his descriptions of violence are still somewhat shocking. Tony Yayo and Olivia are pretty much worthless, as is Spider, Mase, M.O.P., and (sigh...

...been getting fishier—literally. In October 2004, members of the men’s varsity lightweight crew team reportedly snuck through a second story window of the Weld Boat House with 20 dead mackerel and a five-foot eel. “The place stunk to high hell,” says Mark A. He showed his true cowardly nature by deserting the country he was fighting for and then serving as a propaganda tool for the enemy. The U.S. has let a man who is far from a patriot get off lightly. At least Jenkins has decided to live in Japan. The U.S. has no room for traitors. Bradford Paik Beaverton, Oregon, U.S. Tarnished Pearl...
