...than seven times, but for her latest film Actress Ursula Andress dresses up at least a bit. Perhaps she wore clothes out of respect for her distinguished co-stars in Clash of Titans, a $10 million mythic fantasy with Sir Laurence Olivier playing Zeus, Claire Bloom as his wife Hera, and Maggie Smith as Thetis, mother of Achilles. She certainly didn't need to dress because of her role: she plays the goddess of love, Aphrodite, a fitting part for the woman who once said she keeps in shape "by loving...
...gold and silver rhyta are the highlight of the show. These are drinking horns in the shape of animal or human heads, and they were created in the 6th and 5th centuries B.C. when Greek influence on Thracian art was strongest. One golden rhyton is decorated with reliefs of Hera, Artemis and Apollo around the rim and a billy goat at the base--the wine gushes from a spout in the goat's chest so one has to drain it all down at once...

With domineering females made to look stupid, with retarded juvenile and cardboard characters floating around and with the chorus line, the show has what most Pudding audiences like...
Most of the acting is stiff and stock. No one would want the guys in drag to be really capable at female impersonations, but competence rarely threatens the Pudding's stage. David Lewis, as Hera, and Michael Gury, as the Oracle of Housephli and Bulah the maid, are both sure of themselves and appear to have some idea of how to act under utterly farcical conditions. Mark Miller, as Zeus, is mostly a foil for Lewis, and his Nixon imitations were, to say the least, strange in a Pudding Show. Relevance in drag, and in black tie, is always...
