Died. Thomas Edward Neil Driberg, Baron Bradwell, 71, author, newspaper columnist and Independent, then left-wing Laborite Member of Parliament (1942-75); of an apparent heart attack; in London. An Oxonian, Driberg first became known as "William Hickey," a gossip columnist for Lord Beaverbrook's Daily Express (1933-43).
