Seniors are reminded that the first application for Class Day tickets at reduced rates closes this afternoon at six, o'clock. No application will be received after that time. ...introduction and in order to expose to full public view the news peg on which every newspaper story is supposed to hand, let it be declared that Harvard is doing itself and higher education in general a distinctly good turn in allowing any department to require general final examinations as a prerequisite for graduation.
