Change the rationale that Liem announced will now be used to decide whether or not to hire (or retain) tutors. Dismissing someone for being "disruptive to the House community" or a "poor role model" or for their "inability to work in a team setting" leaves a lot of room open for arbitrary decisions and, by implication, seems to discourage the free exchange of ideas.
