Usage:

Saturday's game was played before a large audience who came in anticipation of a close and exciting game. In this, however they were disappointed, as the contest was very one sided. Seventh inning. G. Nettleton made his third base hit after two men were out, but was left on first base. Harvard failed to score, although Coolidge made a base hit.
