...occurred the Freshmen's first game this season. They played with the Rovers of Brookline who placed a strong nine in the field. The latter won the toss and went to the bat. They were speedily put out however, after gaining three runs. In '90's first innings, two hits and two errors with a base on balls resulted in five runs, none earned. The game from this time was a close one, until the eighth inning, when with two men on bases. Vila made a pretty hit to left field, which with a wild throw let in three runs...
