Harvard defeated Malden yesterday afternoon in an uninteresting game. The Maldens batted weakly and fielded poorly, and proved easy victims. Abbot, the Malden pitcher, was very wild, especially in the first two innings. Harvard scored five runs in the first inning on one hit and seven errors, two in the second on a single, a two bagger and a base on balls, three in the third on a hit and errors.
