Many mistakes in fielding by the University nine and weakness on the mound, combined with inability to hit in the pinches, gave Brown a, 6-2 victory over the University baseball team in yesterday's game at Soldiers Field, losing the series for the Crimson. Perkins '19, and stole home when Knight, the Brown pitcher, tried to catch Knowles off first. The visitors tried to score in the sixth on Week's home run, and went ahead in the following inning.
