...secret practice for the University football team yesterday afternoon was short and fast. In the signal practice the substitutes were lined up against the first team to work out the formations better, but there was no scrimmaging. All the men were out, including Browne, Corbett, and Hoar, who were laid off Wednesday and the team seemed in good shape.
