Obviously the Disney people hoped to accomplish a similar sort of generic revivification for younger children with One Magic Christmas, which is about a little girl's attempt to get her dour mom (Mary Steenburgen) into the holiday spirit. Thanksgiving, one of the peak travel times of the year, brings bounteous business to the airlines. One perennial problem, though, is that almost everyone schedules flights on just two days, the Wednesday before the holiday and the Sunday after.
