Judson Meade Clark, a first year student in the Law School, died of typhoid pneumonia at his home in Rochester, January 2. He was born March 30, 1871. His schooling was obtained in Rochester, where he was graduated from the Free Academy in 1888, and from the University of Rochester in 1892. He stood very high in his class, winning several prizes and scholarships and being a member of the Phi Beta Kappa. Last year he spent in Europe, studying chiefly in the German universities. Clark was not very widely acquainted here, but those who knew him speak very highly...

...unique concert will be given this evening in Brattle Hall by the Native Choir from Kaffirland, South Africa. The choir appears in native costume and consists of thirteen members, representing seven tribes. Although they have been away from home only four years, they speak English fluently, and sing in English, Dutch-Boer and Kaffir. They have spent three years in England, where they appeared at Osborne, before the queen. Last Tuesday they gave a concert in New Haven, where they were enthusiastically received.
