Agenda for the meeting tonight has been prepared by the preparatory committee of the League, assisted by B. C. Hopper '24, assistant professor of Government. In conducting the meeting, the speaker will direct the procedure of the discussion and determine what amendments to the resolution are relevant and in order. The debates will be based upon the resolution of the French delegation urging the League of Nations to arm.
