Plans were announced yesterday for the partial reopening of the Union for use by all members of the University. A committee composed of F. E. Parker, Jr., '18, R. E. Gross '19, C. Canfield '19, W. W. McLeod '19 and A. Horween '20, in a conference with Regent Brandegee yesterday afternoon, made final provision for the opening of the wing on the side toward Quincy street.
