George Van Santvoord, whimsical one time instructor and assistant professor of English at Yale, now headmaster of Hotchkiss School, last week wrote an article for the Yale News in which he purported to explain the plan of a Yale student's father for solving the week-end exodus problem current at New Haven. Wrote Mr. Van Santvoord : "For this purpose he proposes to lease the Hotel Biltmore [in Manhattan]. Students enrolling in Biltmore College will pay an annual fee of $5,000.
