Several years ago the magazine was started by a number of Harvard men who felt that there was a place, unfilled at the time, for such a publication in the University. Three years have been sufficient to show that Harvard as a whole did not really care about the Hound and Horn and at the same time that Harvard could not produce the material that the magazine wanted.
