Last week Vol. 1, No. 1 appeared. Selling at 50?, it is handsomely printed in octavo size, resembling Hound & Horn. The first issue had no pages and four pages of half-tones tipped in. Typical of the latter was "The Forgotten Man," an abject figure asleep in a cheap doorway.
