Walter de la Mare, a poet of the modern English school, will speak in the Trophy Room of the Union tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock. Mr. de la Mare has come to America representing a group of English poets who are to accept the Howland Prize posthumously awarded to Rupert Brooke.
