With a tremendously productive offensive game, tailback Eion Hu moved into second-place all-time in rushing yards for Harvard. Hu's 133 rushing yards vaulted him past Dick Clasby '54 (1,825 yards) and Ted DeMars '73 (1,889) on the all-time list for career rushing yards. Hu's 58-yard third-quarter touchdown run lifted him into third place on the list.
