...recent meeting of the Chapel Committee of the St. Paul's Society, it was resolved to urge the revision of the University Hymnal. From the lack of interest shown in hymn singing by the congregations at Appleton Chapel and from the fact that the Hymnal has not been found to meet the need of other colleges, and for many other reasons, the Committee felt that it expressed the desire of an increasing number of students in recommending this revision.
