...high-ground; I'm just surprised--shocked even--that the editor of a magazine that ran articles like "This Cat Has Nine Wives" and "How Gangs and Sororities are the Same" is now the force behind articles on professional groupie Pamela Des Barres and damaged-but-still-insufferable Natalie Imbruglia. ...sizable wake of Odelay, electronic bleeps and samples became downright universal in pre-millennial pop music, from groove laden trip-hop to the latest Natalie Imbruglia pop confection. What could Beck do to follow up his inspired, trendsetting hodgepodge?
