I have this strange memory that after 1985, but before the introduction of the handheld Newton in 1993, Apple had some glorious years with desktop publishing, multimedia Macs, PowerBooks, educational Macs, the marketing campaign of the decade and the No. 1-selling personal computer worldwide.
