...freshmen more than had their revenge Saturday for the defeat which Yale '94 administered to them in Cambridge. They went to New Haven far from confident. Here Yale played a better game than Harvard and the score seemed hardly an index of the character of the two nines. The only hope for a victory in New Haven seemed to be in the change of pitchers which had taken place on both sides. This change certainly did contribute much to the triumph of Saturday, but the remarkable improvement which our team showed in every particular would have probably been sufficient...
