That will depend on the resolution of the import-tariff dispute with the Indian government. In July an E.U. panel found the additional duty on imported wines and spirits a "blatant violation" of World Trade Organization (WTO) rules, and with the U.S. also complaining, the WTO has launched its own investigation.
