No, in an innovative twist, the makers of this sitcom deftly took out everything imaginative, funny and good-hearted about "Malcolm," replacing it with insult comedy and erection jokes. As the title child, Eli Marienthal is the most irritating kid on television since Hallie Eisenberg made her first Pepsi commercial.
