Most of the interviews with Jean Dominique, his wife Michelle and employees of Radio Haiti Inter were filmed in the late 80s and early 90s, giving even this footage a sense of vintage. Other interviews are more recent, filmed in the late 90s, following the resurrection of the Aristide regime after an American military force landed on the island as peackeepers.
