Today there is printed in another column a direct appeal to Harvard men by the American Red Cross. This appeal should not be passed by but should be received with interest and attention. ...took up his residence near Boston and Newton, in a district known as Charlestown, and became interested in the college established at Newtowne in 1636 by order of the General Court.
