SHANGHAI, Thursday--A spokesman for the Chinese War Office in Hankow today said that divisions of Chinese regular army and scores of guerrilla bands were attacking the Japanese at more than a dozen points along an irregular line of about 1,000 miles from Hang-chow, capital of Chekiang Province, through Anhwei, Shantung, Shansi and Hopei Provinces.
