Beefing about Carbon Here in the home of roast beef, cattle have been taking a bashing too [Jan. 25]. Yet if there's one thing this island of sunshine and showers will grow, it's grass. This is why the farmers round here have been grazing cattle on pasture for upwards of 5,000 years. Those neolithic herders had it right.
