I find in your issue of TIME, Feb. 22, 1926, that an item entitled "Shrewd," the second item under the head of "Miscellany," is sort of funny. It is about a man that cheats a store proprietor out of a lot of money on a telephone call. As you will find if you read the item, the call was given at Union City, N. J. to Charleston, S. C. The man talked 41 minutes and told the proprietor it cost $1.75. In reality...
