...first veper service of the year was held yesterday afternoon at 5 o'clock in Appleton Chapel, a large congregation being present. The service was opened by the singing of J. K. Paine's "Commemoration Hymn," by the boy choir and the 'Varsity Glee club. This was followed by a prayer by Rev. Francis Peabody, after which Saint Saens' "Ave Verum" was sung. Rev.
