...present. The election of officers was commenced immediately. Robert Beverly Hale and Moses Williams were nominated, and Mr. Williams elected. The election was made unanimous. It was stated that Mr. Hale had been nominated without his knowledge or consent. A. Winsor Weld was re-elected vice-president by acclamation. J. A.
