...team consisting of Messrs. Clyde, Green, W. Austin, Oakes, Green, Mead and Palmer, went to Clarendon Hills yesterday afternoon, and shot a match with the Jamaica Plain club. The team was very hospitably received. The score in the first half was very close, being tied several times. Toward the end the Jamaica Plain men gained steadily. The final score was - Jamaica Plain 88 - Harvard St. Each man shot at ten clay pigeons and ten bats. The best shooting of the day was done by Mr. W. Austin, '87, and Mr. Green, '89.
