While Heroine Jean Seberg languishes around Cannes in St. Laurent originals, her Psychiatrist Husband Arthur Hill leaves her and goes traipsing through Europe on behalf of mental health. Of course, Jean meets a smooth young Navy ensign (Sean Garrison) who seems uncertain whether he is supposed to be wearing his uniform or modeling...
