...started the weekend after Tuesday the eleventh. The Small Press Expo, a convention for independent publishers, had been scheduled to convene in Bethesda, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C. When it got cancelled a lot of very expressive people were left with free time and lousy feelings.
