...always obvious and amusing. There are several plots, all rather involved, but the movie has been assembled quite expertly and intelligently. The cast, with the exception of Adolphe Menjou who is a back slapping high-pressure salesman and quite unsuited to the part, could not have been better. Joan Blondell is a charming gold digger, and Guy Kibbee is as ludicrous as Harpo in his blonde chasing escapades...
