...well played and exciting game, team B of the first University baseball squad won its second consecutive victory over team A by a score of 4-0 yesterday afternoon. Hardell of team A, and Johnson of team B both pitched very good ball, the former allowing only four, and the latter, six hits. The fielding was fast on both teams, and there was none of the usual ragged early season work. The feature of the game was a squeeze play in the third inning by Gross and Evans, scoring Evans.
