...receive official credit for only half the work which he has perfomed, so that by the proposed change, many Seniors would be practically debarred from one of the most attractive and helpful courses at Harvard. Several '98 men have already protested against this regulation, and should enough more join in the protest, it seems only fair that the proposed change should be postponed a year, to take effect in 1898-99, so that next year Seniors would receive the same credit for their work in the course as under-classmen. There seems to be no apparent reason for such partiality...
