Busloads of jubilant prisoners crossed the Israeli checkpoint into the Palestinian town of Ramallah. Escorted by a procession of honking cars and Palestinians cheering and waving flags, the buses rolled into Abbas' high-walled headquarters - good P.R. for the President, as intended.
