...Connecticut National Guard will be held at the Second Regiment Armory on Saturday, March 7. Great interest is being aroused in these games, and the list of entries is very large, including among others, M. F. Sweeney and T. P. Conneff, champions of the world in the running high jump and one-mile run respectively. A great many entries have been received from the University of Pennsylvania, and the unique character of the Connecticut National Guard events heightens the interest in the games.
