Instead of the usual cups the Metropolitan Amateur Rowing Association has given chafing dishes this year as prizes for the regatta on June 17 last. Last night the undergraduates took advantage of the first opportunity which has offered itself to celebrate the victories of the University and Freshman crews and of the baseball nine over Yale in June. The celebration, which made up for its tardiness by great enthusiasm, began in the Yard with the cheering of the eights, the four, the nine, the captains, and every man who helped to win the victories.
