...folks who live next to the Atlas site, like those who live near more than 1,200 active Superfund sites nationwide, are the victims of a president and a Congress that puts polluters before people. Though we doubt President Bush and his kangaroo Congress will have a change of heart, reauthorizing the trust fund would be the right thing to do.
