Golf is an elevating pursuit, and promoting a new golf course is almost as elevating. Last week in Miami, where a new $10 million country club is abuilding. Promoter Alfred L. Kaskel announced that he would hire girl caddies to help the golfers on their rounds. Kaskel, no doubt inspired by bright-eyed flacks, said that he got the idea from a French golf club in Nice where female caddies are employed. It is there, he noted, that the President's father.
