Unlike recent Princeton teams which have been built around one or two individual stars, such as Loury or Keck, this year's Orange and Black eleven has no one man about whom either the defensive or the attack turns. This absence of outstanding players has brought about a very desirable result in the way of remarkable team work. Princeton come-back as Gilroy tore 64 yards for a touchdown and Keck sent over a placement kick. ...nigh invincible, forwards, runs and punts all coming from the versatile O'Hearn who proved himself a master in the art of triple threat. But it must be admitted that Princeton was not as formidable against Yale as against the University the preceding week. Handicapped by the loss of Keck early in the game, the Tiger eleven seemed to miss his inspiring presence and to lack the drive which they possessed the Saturday before. But no credit must be taken from Yale, they have overcome the defeats of years by conquering Princeton, and today they will seek to lead...
...seemed helpless. Not only did they need the ground gaining ability of these men, but without their presence they seemed to lack selfconfidence and dirve. Indeed during the entire game the team was on the offensive, so much that they failed to gain even on the first down. Captain Keck played his usual sterling game, featuring in every play on both sides of the line, but the sailors concentrated off-tackle thrusts, and irresistible drives at the line were too much for the Tigers' desperate efforts...
