Kelsey, formerly Supply Officer of New England Aircraft School, was transferred to the Statistical School and designated the School Supply Officer, Transportation Officer, and Assistant Adjutant. Lieutenant Carlton L. Ericksen, in the meantime, has been named Adjutant, succeeding Captain Lyman L. Woodman, reassigned to another Headquarters.
