All the men were out, including Browne, Corbett, and Hoar, who were laid off Wednesday and the team seemed in good shape. Secret work for the team was continued yesterday, and consisted mainly of a 35-minute signal practice. Afterwards the team praticed defensive formations. Cutler, Gray, Kennard and Sprague kicked to the backs, and Newhall coached Cutler in kicking goals and catching punts in the backfield.
