There was no scrimmage yesterday, the practice consisting of stiff breaking through and charging drill under Coach Cutts and of catching punts by Graydon, Gregory, Newhall, Rand and Starr. The ends, Bird, Blumer Forster, Houston, Kennard and Macdonald, were given their first day's practice in tackling the dummy under Coach Leary's instruction.
