Two dishonest employes of the Bank of Italy had been operating "dummy"' accounts through the firm of Leib, Keyston & Co., whose senior partner. George N. Other San Francisco brokers, claiming the firm could not have known these accounts were false, refused to receive customers who wanted to switch from Leib.
