Immediately after their kick-off in the first half the Sophomores obtained the ball on a fumble at the 30 yard line, but were held for downs. By short plunges the Juniors advanced 10 yards and then Noyes made his long run around left end reaching the Sophomores' 30 yard line. Several bucks, including one of 10 yards by Foster, brought the ball to the 13 yard line, whence Noyes, on a delayed pass, scored a touchdown. Pier kicked goal. ...football practice yesterday was very light. After about half an hour of preliminary work in signals and kicking, the gates were opened and the public admitted to the last open practice of the year. The work consisted of running through signals and receiving kick-offs. The plays ran off smoothly and the interference on the kick-offs formed in good style. After the first eleven had left the field, the substitutes went through similar work. The practice today will be light, consisting entirely of signal practice.
