After twenty-five minutes of brisk signal practice the first and second elevens played a practice game as usual. L. Daly kicked off to Fincke, who ran thirty-five yards before being downed. A few short gains were made and then Sawin carried the ball over the line for the first touchdown, five minutes after play had begun.
